Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "You", or "Your") and DollarHuge ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing or using our website, services, APIs, or mobile web applications, you confirm that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• You are not a resident of any territory subject to comprehensive international trade sanctions or embargoes.
• You will comply with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your participation.

To participate in reward tasks and accumulate earnings, you must create a registered member account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and verifiable details during the registration flow.

• Single Account Rule: You may register and operate only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts, whether through secondary emails, family member personas, or distinct device profiles, is strictly prohibited.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (including your password and session tokens). You must not share, sell, transfer, or rent your account credentials to any third party.
• Unauthorized Access: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our security team at support@dollarhuge.co immediately.

DollarHuge provides rewards in the form of virtual balance points for completing verified sponsor campaigns, including market research surveys, rewarded gaming milestones, mobile app installations, and promotional subscriptions.

• Genuine Human Interaction: All task completions must represent legitimate, manual, human interaction. Automated clicking, bot scripts, scripted form fills, or fake survey responses violate our advertiser contracts.
• Tracking & Crediting: Tasks are credited when our advertising partners send a verified Server-to-Server (S2S) postback signal. While most offers credit in real-time, certain high-value offers or survey routers may hold credits in pending status for 24 to 72 hours for advertiser validation.
• Reversals & Chargebacks: If an advertising partner flags a conversion as fraudulent, non-compliant with instructions, or if a user cancels an offer prematurely, the credited points will be revoked or debited from your balance.

Verification & Security Audits

To protect our reward pools and fulfill anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations, all first-time withdrawals undergo manual or automated risk review:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 business hours following successful fraud audit completion.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their payment destination details (e.g., correct PayPal email, exact crypto wallet address) are error-free. The Company cannot reverse transactions sent to misconfigured destination addresses.
• Users are solely responsible for calculating and reporting any applicable personal income taxes arising from reward disbursements in their jurisdiction.

DollarHuge maintains a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activities and malicious manipulation. Engaging in any of the following acts will trigger immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards:

• VPNs & Proxies: Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Tor, commercial proxies, cloud VPS hosting, or residential proxy tunnels to mask your genuine geolocation or spoof another country.
• Emulators & Virtual Devices: Executing tasks using BlueStacks, Nox, Genymotion, rooted virtual instances, or automated Android/iOS emulators.
• Botting & Scripts: Employing auto-clickers, macros, headless browsers (Puppeteer, Selenium), packet tampering tools, or automated survey scripts.
• Self-Referrals & Ring Abuses: Referring yourself across alternative accounts or coordinating referral ring networks to generate fraudulent bonus commissions.
• System Exploitation: Reverse engineering, decompiling, or exploiting code bugs or API timing flaws to generate unauthorized reward credits.

Our referral program allows members to earn commissions by inviting new, genuine users to DollarHuge. Referral bonuses are governed by these conditions:

• Referrals must be distinct individuals with verified, unique devices and residential networks.
• Spamming unsolicited referral links via automated email bots, forums, deceptive advertisements, or purchased click farms is strictly forbidden.
• If a referred user is terminated for botting or fraud, all corresponding referral commissions will be clawed back from the referrer's balance.

DollarHuge serves as a discovery platform connecting users with third-party advertising networks, market research agencies, and game publishers.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms of service, or software downloads provided on third-party offerwall destinations. When navigating away from DollarHuge, you are subject to the terms of the applicable third party. Any disputes regarding specific survey disqualifications or offer tracking failures must be submitted to the corresponding offerwall support desk.

All content, graphic assets, interface components, software source code, trademarks, logos, and service names on DollarHuge are the exclusive property of DollarHuge and its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and participate in the rewards service for your personal, non-commercial use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for reasons including:

• Breach of any condition in these Terms or our Anti-Fraud policies.
• Receipt of verified chargeback or fraud notifications from partner offerwalls.
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Requests by law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or court order.

Upon termination for cause (such as fraud, botting, or terms violation), all accrued balances, pending rewards, and referral commissions are immediately and irrevocably forfeited.

The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We expressly disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free system operation. We make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of specific offers, payout processing speeds, or potential earning levels.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DollarHuge, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or goodwill.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DollarHuge and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree to resolve disputes solely on an individual basis and waive any right to bring or participate in a class-action proceeding.
